Every amount is worked out only from the hours, rates and rules you type in. Overtime, night, weekend and Korean weekly-holiday settings are your own settings, not statements of law, and all of them stay off until you turn them on. Nothing runs in the background, so there are no reminders while the page is closed, but a running clock keeps counting because it remembers when you clocked in.
